WAIT/BUS STAFF​

The wait staff will take food orders from the guests and serve them their food and beverages in the main dining area. They will need to be aware of food allergies and dietary restrictions (which will be printed on the back of the guest's name tag). They will wear black pants/skirts and white shirts/blouses.

The bus staff will clear used dishes from the table, keep the tables clean and replenish tables with eating utensils.
